The Detroit Fire Guild hosts open practices that are attended by members of the DFG and are open to the public. Anyone interested in learning about fire and circus arts is invited and encouraged to attend! A five dollar donation is appreciated but not required.

MY New Hula Hoop BLOG!

I am a hula hoop enthusiast.  There are many benefits to a hula hoop and I believe in a certain magic of the hoop!

Hula hoops are magical things and have encouraged me to stay mindfully active and outgoing.  They have helped my career and improved my mood and the general mood of the crowd.

ON the blog I plan to document my hula hoops through a series of posted pictures and written accounts of events involving my hula hoop adventures.
