BLISS FEST July 2010!!! This was the first time I started hula hoopin! 

When I was just getting into hooping! this is one of the first ones I made!!

Ill ask absolutely anyone to hoop! 

The Lovely Robin came to visit from NZ!!! 

Hooping is fun and all-but nothing beats hoopin it out to some groovey beats!

MY New Hula Hoop BLOG!

I am a hula hoop enthusiast.  There are many benefits to a hula hoop and I believe in a certain magic of the hoop!

Hula hoops are magical things and have encouraged me to stay mindfully active and outgoing.  They have helped my career and improved my mood and the general mood of the crowd.

ON the blog I plan to document my hula hoops through a series of posted pictures and written accounts of events involving my hula hoop adventures.
